Haven’t had it long enough to know much about it but I will say that it tastes great

Until recently I hadn't considered the need for a biotin supplement. The research is still unclear for many claims, but because I'm on a weightloss journey, experiencing hair thinning, have poor skin and nail health, it just makes sense. As a gummy I can toss a couple into a small zipper bag, carry it with me, and consume as needed. It's convenient.

Only been a month I'm not really sure if it's doing anything yet. I'm probably going to buy another month of these to see any results. Been taking 2 a day. They do taste good though 😋
